Andy joined the RDGA Board of Directors in 2019 after serving as a Rules Official for several years. In 2021, he was selected by the RDGA Executive Committee to serve as RDGA President for 2022 and 2023.
He loves the game of golf, having played in numerous local, state and national events including the USGA® Mid-Amateur and USGA Senior Amateur Championships. He has been a Rules Official for the RDGA for the past 5 years and has been certified as a Rules Official by the USGA.
Andy attended the University of Rochester where he earned a B.A. in Economics and the University of Buffalo Law School. He played college golf at the University of Rochester. After law school, he started his law practice which includes concentrations in Sports Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate, Trusts & Estates and Contract Law. He represents Wayne Levi (12 time winner on the PGA TOUR and 2 time winner on the PGA TOUR Champions) and Jay Sigel, 2 time US Amateur Champion, 3 time US Mid-Amateur Champion, 9 time Walker Cup Player, and winner of 8 events on the PGA TOUR Champions.
In addition to golf, Andy is a commercial drone Pilot, 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and aspiring piano player.
