Debbie enters her sixth season on the RDGA Board of Directors in 2019 as the RDGA Secretary, having joined the RDGA Board in 2013 as its first woman member.
Although Debbie came late to the game of golf – not even touching a club until she was an adult – she has totally embraced all aspects of the game. An avid player, Debbie loves competitions and is active in the golf community. She served on the board of the EWGA Rochester Region for many years, including two terms as President, and continues to run their most competitive golf league.
Professionally, Debbie has over 20 years small business experience. She is founder and principal of Harper Hewes Executive Search, working with software, consulting and technology services companies nationwide.
An active Board member, serving on the RDGA’s Finance, Women’s and Personnel Committees, Debbie’s goal is to grow participation and opportunities for women golfers.
