The Rochester District Golf Association (RDGA) epitomizes excellence in golf across the Rochester region. A leading Allied Golf Association of the United States Golf Association (USGA), the RDGA is the passionate champion for a thriving local golfing culture. A culture that brings a proven, positive social and economic impact to the Greater Rochester region.
A cornerstone of the local golfing community since 1929, the RDGA proudly partners with more than 75 member clubs, local PGA Professionals, and other local golf organizations. The RDGA takes the lead on executing more than 50 programs and services designed to keep the game thriving, foster integrity and fair play, and promote the highest quality competition – all while helping to ensure the continued enjoyment of what is, for so many, the greatest game.

The RDGA promotes and conserves the true spirit of the game of golf. Its primary responsibility lies in the delivery of the USGA Core Products and Services to our member clubs.
Founded in 1929, the RDGA remains committed to enhancing the golfer experience in the Greater Rochester Area and to growing and improving the long-term health of the game we love.
The RDGA Foundation, a separate yet supporting philanthropic arm of the RDGA, takes the lead on securing and stewarding the resources needed to support RDGA programming. It encourages the generosity of golfers, golf enthusiasts, and local corporations, across the Rochester region to embrace the RDGA mission – one that goes well beyond the game of golf, to success in life and community.
