Dennis Olbrich
President
President
Dennis is married (Kathy) with 2 daughters (Kristin and Katie). He graduated from Michigan State University in 1982, received his MBA from the University of Rochester in 1989 before going to work for Eastman Kodak. In 2013, Dennis became President of the traditional film and paper businesses at Kodak Alaris – from where he retired after 37-plus years with the company.
Dennis was a long-time member of the Durand Eastman Golf Club, a four-year member of the DEGC Board of Directors and has served as an RDGA representative for Durand Eastman Golf Club. He later joined The Brookwoods (Ontario) Country Club for 6 years before becoming a member at Irondequoit Country Club in 2013, where he now serves on their Board of Governors.
Originally invited to act as an adjunct member of the RDGA Board of Directors in 2010, Dennis was elected as a full-time member of the BOD in October of 2011. After a few years away from the Board, Dennis began his second tenure as an RDGA Board Member in the Fall of 2020 – becoming Vice President in 2022, and in 2025, was nominated by the RDGA Executive Committee to serve as its President beginning in 2026.
Kevin Flynn

Recently retired owner and partner in the marketing communications firm Flynn, one of the fastest-growing firms in Rochester. Kevin oversaw Business Development, Account Service, Content and Media. Martino Flynn has received numerous awards for excellence in creative and public relations. The firm employs 50 people.
Kevin has a great passion for hiking and mountaineering. He is a two-time Adirondack 46er (someone who has climbed the 46 peaks that are 4,000 feet or higher) and has climbed and hiked throughout the world.
Kevin has climbed the “Seven Summits” – the highest peak on each continent. (Eight if you count Carstensz.) He has climbed Mt. Everest (Asia), Mt. McKinley (North America), Kilimanjaro (Africa), Aconcagua (South America), Mount Kosciuszko (Australia), Elbrus (Europe), Carstensz Pyramid (Indonesia) Mount Vinson (Antarctica). Kevin was named the 2004 Amateur Athlete of the Year Award by the Rochester Press Radio Club. He also gave the commencement address for the Community College of the Finger Lakes in 2005.
Kevin has written a book with Rochester Democrat and Chronicle Outdoor Writer Gary Fallesen entitled, “Mount Everest: Confessions of an Amateur Peak Bagger.”
Kevin is an instrument-rated, single-engine private pilot. He also enjoys golf and cross-country skiing.
Kevin has been or is on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Rochester, Monroe Community College Foundation Board, MAGNET Global Advertising Network, Center for Environmental Issues, Finger Lakes Community College Foundation, the Seneca Waterways Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America, and the RDGA.

Jenna Hoecker

Jenna joined the RDGA Board of Directors in 2019, having been a competitive golfer in the Rochester District since her years as a junior. She began her first year as RDGA Treasurer in 2024.
Jenna grew up in Rochester, attending Greece Olympia High School and playing on the boys golf team from 2008 to 2010. She later attended Stetson University to play Division I golf between 2010 and 2014. Jenna obtained her MBA degree at St. John Fisher College in 2015, where she also served as the Assistant Golf Coach of the men’s and women’s teams.
For many years while she was going to school, Jenna also worked in the Brook Lea Country Club pro shop, where her father, Jon Hoecker, has been the PGA Head Professional for more than 30 years. During that time, Jenna also served as Brook-Lea’s Golf Shop Manager.
As an amateur golfer, Jenna has compiled an impressive record, winning the 2013 New York State Women’s Amateur Championship and the 2018 NYS Women’s Mid Am – as well as eight WRDGA District Championship titles and four RDGA Women’s Championship titles.
Asked why she wanted to join the RDGA Board of Directors, Jenna replied: “I joined the board to try and help grow the game of golf.”
Blake Gianniny

Blake joined the RDGA Board of Directors during the 2024-25 season – and is currently serving as the Board Secretary. He comes to the RDGA as an accomplished golfer and a past member of the Hofstra University golf team, where he graduated in 2007.
A member of the Country Club of Rochester, Blake also currently serves as the Tournament Chair for the annual Country Club of Rochester Invitation – one of the most prestigious annual amateur championships in the Rochester area.
Professionally, Blake is a partner, along with his brother Max, in FGB Property – a local real estate firm in Rochester. The brothers are carrying on a family tradition in real estate. Their father, Bruce, and uncle, Mark, began developing real estate in the 1970s.
In addition to serving as RDGA Secretary and on the Executive Committee, Blake also brings his expertise to the RDGA Tournament Committee, along with other committee assignments as they become available.
