Crowning Local Golf Champions Since 1930
Just as the USGA crowns champions across various tournament divisions and formats – RDGA crowns its own champions each year in Men’s, Women’s Senior, Junior, Match Play and Mid Amateur divisions.
The premier event on the Rochester District Golf Association’s annual tournament calendar – the RDGA District Championship John H. Ryan Jr. Memorial – crowns an annual Men’s Champion. This tournament is RDGA’s longest-running event, having been played every year since 1930 – with the exception of 1943, in the midst of World War II.
