					NYS Amateur & Mid-Am Qualifiers
					a)	50 points for qualifying for any NYSGA Am or Mid-Am event.
					USGA Events
					a)	100 points for qualifying for any USGA event.
					b)	200 points for returning a 72-hole score in a US Open
					c)	150 Points for qualifying for match play at the US Am or Mid-Am
					d)	50 points for each match won at the US Am or Mid_am
					General
					a)	Ties for a group of positions in a stroke play event are awarded points of the
						highest position (no averaging).
					b)	To earn points, player must be a member of an RDGA member club.
					c)	Exempt players in RDGA or NYSGA events will earn same points as last qualifier.
