2010 Scholarship Program:
Since 1984, the Rochester District Golf Association has awarded scholarships annually to assist students in financing their college/university education.
Who is Eligible?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Applicant or parent must be a member of an RDGA member club OR
- Employee of an RDGA member club OR
- Son/Daughter of an RDGA member club employee.
- Applicants must be enrolled as a full-time student in an undergraduate program at an accredited college/university.
Criteria:
Applicants are interviewed and selected on the following criteria:
- Academic Record (Secondary School/College Transcript(s))
- Community Activities
- High School/College Activities
- Leadership
- Communication Skills
- Current Job Activities
- Financial Need
- Golf Involvement
- Golf Club Activities
Application Process:
- Applications can be obtained at your club, through the RDGA Office, or on our website (RDGA.org)
- Complete the application
- Return application to the RDGA Office by June 15, 2010
- Interviews will take place in late June and July

Scholarship recipients are limited to a maximum of two separate awards and they must re-apply for the second year.
