2016 Rules of Golf Books Now Available

The United States Golf Association has released the revised Rules of Golf which become official as of January 1, 2016.

Among the important changes to the Rules are the previously announced ban on “anchored” putting (Rule 14-1b), as well as an exception to Rule 6-6d (Wrong Score for Hole), which provides that a player is not disqualified for returning a lower score for a hole than actually taken as a result of failing to include penalty strokes that the player did not know were incurred before returning the score card.
