The RDGA Women’s Open will be held on Friday, September 19 at Ridgemont Country Club. The format will consist of 18-hole stroke play, net 100% handicap, with flights determined by the handicap spread of the entries. The course will play from the forward tees. Golfers will compete against women of similar ability – and a separate flight will be open to local female golf professionals, who are welcome to play as our guests.
USA Payroll has come on board as the Trophy Sponsor for this inaugural event. “We are honored to support this tournament encouraging women golfers of all levels to participate,” says Danielle Williams, Marketing Director for USA Payroll. “We are confident that we will have a full field.”
The entry fee of $100 includes golf with cart, range balls, tee gifts, prizes, box lunch, happy hour, and buffet dinner. Guests are welcome for the awards dinner. Prizes will be awarded to approximately the top third of the field and will be in the form of gift certificates to www.lorisgolfshoppe.com.
